I’m being honest here when I say I’m just plain lazy and it’s just not in reference to this site. I can use excuses such as I have A.D.D when it comes to everything, which is partly true. I’m one of those people who puts a lot of time and energy initially into anything, but once the initial oomph wears off I become quite otiose with the activity. I’m trying to make amends with this. I’ve been keeping track of errands and work related items in a to-do book and I’m adding “update blog” and “upgrade blog” to this list. As I’ve mentioned before it’s difficult to be anything more then lethargic when I get home from work. Even my routine of going to the gym has been stricken with my laziness. But I’m hoping I can change all of that…�

I’ve been busy the last few weeks with work. The current project I’m on is coming to an end soon, this week to be exact. Most of my time has been spent finishing up the last few deliverables for the project, thus I haven’t been able to keep this place up-to-date. I should be getting a large amount of time back in my life, my next project is much closer to home. What this means is that my two-hour-plus commute roundtrip, turns into more of a twenty minute roundtrip. I’ll be getting back about two hours of my life back, which is exciting to say the least.

I’m seriously lacking any sort of “free-time” at the current moment in my life. My tasklist in Outlook warns me every hour that I have a large sum of overdue tasks. I’ve had a large laundry list of things I’ve wanted to get done ranging from getting my car washed, my computer/music/data organized, to organizing/cleaning my room. I just haven’t had time, by the time I get home from work I’m too exhausted to even think about doing any one of the tasks I have, because all of them still feel like work.� Which leads me to my excuse for not updating any of this: I’m too busy, and too lazy. I should get to the laundry list of stuff before I make another update. On a positive note, I did upgrade the blog to a new version of wordpress and installed a new theme. That should be a checkmark somewhere on that list.

Took a few days off from work, resting the old noggin` and enjoying some R&R. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.
